Sparkling Waterfalls and dark Lava Caves await you on our Big Island Volcano Lava Caves and Rainbow Falls Tour.

This tour is NEW and based on the current volcano eruptions and lava flows of 2018!

Your day begins with a walk on a black volcanic sand beach at Richardson Ocean Park. Black sand is distictly volcanic and is created directly from the volcanoes on the Big Island.

Here you will stroll on the beach, have an opportinity to take stunning pictures and look for sea turtles as this has been know to be a favorite spot for our local sea turtle population and sightings are common.

Next we stop at the King Kamehame statue where you will hear stories of the history of the Hawaiian Islands and have an opportunity to take some fabulous pictures with this historic Hawaiian King.

After a short ride, we arrive at Rainbow Waterfalls which sparkel in the sunlight. Most days you will see a rainbow in the mist! Take pictures and enjoy the view of one of Hawaii's most beautiful waterfalls..

Our last stop is the Kaumana Caves State Park Lava Tubes, where we decend into a massive lava tube formed by Mouna Loa in 1881. Here you will walk through a tube that was once filled with red hot flowing lava!

IMPORTANT LAVA UPDATE: The Kilaeua Volcano is erupting and her lava flows are constantly shifting. Our guides will always keep your safety as their top priority but will try to get you as close as safely possible for you to experience the impressive powers of our volcanoes!
